How do I get item insured when shipping?

Anything under $100 is automatically insured via UPS. 

We have the UPS calculator programmed to automatically offer the insured rate on the website for anything over $100.

Will you ship my order USPS?

Orders shipped within USA are shipped only by UPS. International orders including Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service(USPS).

While ordering, our shopping cart will automatically display UPS and USPS shipping rates which should be selected to complete the order process.

How long does it take to process & ship orders?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving. Under normal conditions if an order is received after 2:00PM EST it will be processed the next business day. During the Holiday Seasons our shipping may be delayed up to 36 hours.UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, APO or FPO address, therefore we will need a complete mailing address for prompt delivery.
